Course Instructors
Lisa-Anne Chung
Lisa-Anne is our Principal Instructor at KCC. She is a Psychologist, Sociologist and Leadership Development
Coach.
She has been instrumental in establishing three tertiary level institutions in the Caribbean. In addition to
serving on national projects, as well as international lending agencies, Lisa-Anne has provided various forms of development support, leadership training and coaching to colleges, universities, churches and small businesses.
Lisa-Anne holds a PhD in Sociology (Specialising in Social Psychology) from the University of the West Indies
(Jamaica), and two masters degrees: an MBA from the University of the West of England (Bristol Business
School) and an MSc. Psychology with Counselling degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. She also holds the Award in Education and Training from Manchester College.
In her non-professional life Lisa-Anne has done a bit of acting and singing. She has played Mary in more
Christmas and Easter musicals than she can recall. She has also played leading roles in two other full stage
productions.

She enjoys making a grumpy faced person smile.
Lance joins Lisa-Anne in training on KCC's relationships seminars. He also co-teaches with her on our Kingdom Foundations sessions, and naturally provides pastoral care for students.
Lance graduated from the Jamaican-German Automotive School, and served in the automotive industry for 20 years, where he also provided mentorship and supervision to interns in the industry. He now works with a blue chip retail company in Manchester.

In pursuit of his long-term vision of being a motivational speaker, Lance completed a Foundation programme in Biblical studies at Whole Life College (Jamaica). He is currently studying for a degree in Contextual Theology with Luther King House Open College (validated by the University of the Manchester).

Reaching out to leaders in a very personal way, he helps them to work through the process of transformation through the power of healthy relationships

Lance has had various lead and supporting roles in dramatic productions.
He has written a few songs and enjoys singing, making others laugh, and sneaking up on unsuspecting people.
